What is H.R. 2430?

This bill would would expand the Paterson Great Falls National Historical Park in the state of New Jersey to include the Hinchliffe Stadium. In March 2013, the National Park Service (NPS) designated the stadium as a national historic landmark. Begun in 1931 and completed the following year, the stadium was host to a number of Negro League baseball games and surrounded by Paterson, New Jersey's National Landmark Historic District--the first planned industrial settlement in the nation (c. 1792).
