The EPA already uses peer reviewed science upon which it based it decisions. Moreover it has been doing as good a job as it can in a politically charged atmosphere. This requirement will add nothing but expense. If Congress doubts that it has done so, it already has a process to question their decision. As a part of the Executive branch, it too has a process in place to review its decisions. Given that this administration is openly bent on hobbling the EPA's job by cutting its budget, this law will do nothing but obstruct it in doing its job. Vote NAY.
