Should the U.S. Encourage the United Nations to Prevent Child Marriages in UN Refugee Camps?

First, the US needs to stop this practice here. The national law should be that one can only get married if one is 18 years or older - no parent or religious or state loopholes. Second, the US needs to show support about staying in the UN. Third, the US should then encourage the UN to stop the practice.
