Not just 1500 feet but let's have data to show emissions at well heads, every 500 feet under prevailing and abnormal wind and weather conditions. Let's install continuous monitoring and live stream results. What failsafe devices are required and when was the last time they were upgraded? How many failsafe devices? How old is the technology? Why do they need to come so close and what are the oils and gas estimates? Enough to consider this closeness to populations? Any history in Texas and Oklahoma to draw conclusions from? Any Epidemiological studies? You can see from my questions that this type of business needs more details and information than just a distance make. It's time for America to educate up on these types of industries and their waste materials and how it's controlled.
