Reporting to the people (the people who the government is suppose to serve) would allow the people a great insight into where our money really goes, and why it always seems that more is needed. It would be a free peer checking program. There might be more paper work initially, but that's their job. After the citizens are able to look over the spending reports, there most likely would be a lot of things the citizens would want removed and things that should be added or increased. We are paying and we should decide.
