IF this is done right I think it's a good idea. It needs to be done in a "prepared not scared" format. Terrorist attacks have changed in the last 7 years. They seem to be more guerrilla-style with influenced individuals (mostly American citizens) carrying out the attacks. If they can focus more on procedure and training then profiling and fear-mongering then I think it would be beneficial. I understand that's a big if, but it seems like it's worth a shot to me.
