Unless this bill is amended for domestic terrorism and anyone convicted of a crime that resulted in death or attempted death of more than 10 people, then it is not really serving its intended purpose then please vote no. If the attempt is to keep your constituents safer through this, then it is failing when it only includes international terrorists. That gives people a false sense of safety. Think about how that would look after an act of domestic terrorism by someone who was released. Can you imagine having to say to the American people, "...well we didn't tell anyone about this dangerous individual because they weren't an international terrorist...oops..."
