As much as people want to de-regulate there are minimum standards that need to be maintained. Thank goodness there are states that see the environmental issues and are taking stricter steps to protect our surroundings. By eliminating the EPA, we will be turning the clock back decades & erasing all the progress we have made. I don't care what label you want to put on it but our climate/environment is changing. These changes are impacting our air, our water which in turn impacts the things we eat & drink & impacts jobs. The fact the the oceans are changing so drastically that coastal areas will disappear and aquatic species are dying off. Living species could be extinct in my lifetime. Generations to come will only know them through pictures & stories. My opinion is government agencies do t do enough or act very slowly but at least they provide a minimum standard to be met. If there is no standard we will just accelerate global demise.
