Forced arbitration agreements, without exception, benefit the employer and harm the employee. Initially, the employee is pressured into signing the agreement in the first place, which almost no one would agree to if they fully understood the ramifications. Then when something does happen, even if laws are broken, the employee is bound by the agreement and the employer always bullies the employee into backing down. And there is no longer any way for the employee to do anything to protect themselves or stop the illegal actions. They have signed away their legally protected rights.
