Should the Obama Admin’s Southwestern Rifle Sales Reporting Initiative End?

We need accountability in gun sales, all of them, everywhere. This does nothing to limit the availability of weapong. That's a different issue, and I thing all sales must require background checks and a waiting period of up to a week.
