Congressmenbers make far more money than the average US citizen. Their salaries are high, they have state-sponsored benefits, they receive large contributions from businesses all over the world, and they frequently leave office as literal millionaires. The taxpayers do not need to fund any more perks. If Congresspeople want another perk, they should enable constitutional term limits in trade - no lore than two terms. Tax payers should certainly not pay Congressmenbers some kind of bonus to act appropriately and keep their workspaces professional. That is just plain ludicrous.
