There aren't nearly enough protections here. Get government out of the business and put people in charge of their health care again?? Where are the rights for a woman to determine her own healthcare? Allowing insurance to be purchased across state lines was disastrous when it came to one instance where my insurance was in-state, and my husband's through his company was out-of-state. His ins was primary and had a lower pay agreement with the hospital. Under the current rules, my ins commissioner could not force his company to pay because mine was in-state and could be compelled. Wow.
