I'm happy to help any American suffering from a disaster like hurricane Harvey. Now we have another couple of potential disasters looking us in the face, namely Irma and Jose, and the question is what are we going to learn from these ever strengthening storms? Will we continue to deny the existence of climate change and act like our fossil fuel problem is NOT contributing to the growing threat posed by a warming world? This is equivalent to continuing to bury our heads in the sand because science is too inconvenient to do anything about. I think it's time we did something about climate change! We can invest in renewable energy and energy efficiency to cut our country's carbon emissions. That's a great start!
