This is not to say that gender wage discrimination is the only issue at hand. I understand that some simply have more education, experience, or abilities over another. Being a resident of WV, most jobs are male dominant. That being said, I have personally experienced wage discrimination for the same job, daily tasks, while actually having more education and abilities than fellow coworkers (men). Because the industry I work in is male dominant, he's paid twenty thousand dollars more per year than I, also while he comes to me asking for answers. I know there are many women out there dealing with the same issues!
