Everyone who works full time should have a livable wage well above the poverty line. It is also true that CEO's and those in the top pay tier should not earn so much that they cannot pay everyone in their organization a livable wage. Capitalism can sustain an adjustment in pay differential that is similar to the days when "America was great." The differential has gotten way out of hand in the past 50 years... that is the crux of the problem. Step back and look at this: Workers asking for enough pay to support themselves and their children is 100% reasonable.
