Yes to HR 338! This bill was proposed by a Democrat and has bipartisan support - bring compromise back to Washington. We need a version of a STEM-focused G.I. Bill to help the Rust Belt and former coal miners. While I wish HR 338 would prioritize industries of the future, i.e., renewables, I also recognize that industry can't absorb everyone who is out of work. But can you also include computer literacy and programming in the bill? That is also where we need to build broad knowledge to keep America strong and innovative.
