Sadly, I vote Nay on this, but not due to the twisted interpretation of the 2nd amendment the gun community promotes. We as a society need to figure out where we draw the line to call someone an adult. Sometimes it's 18...other times it's 21. Being an adult carries privileges and responsibilities. That said, these high-powered, semi-automatic rifles should be something that's registered nationally. Scrutinize the prospective owners. This may be a right, but rights also carry privileges and responsibilities. It's high time we hold owners accountable...even the 18 year-old ones.
