I say yes, not because of "police brutality" (which, what even is that if you're respectful and follow the law, right?) - I choose to say yes to this in an effort to ease police officers' minds when doing their job. When an assailant attacks an officer, and the officer is in fear for his life, if the whole scene isn't on tape and he pulls out his pistol in defense of his life, there are so many thoughts racing through his head.. Some that NEED to be eliminated is "am I going to be fired for this? Will my life be ruined for this? Will my hometown be destroyed by riots all because of me? Is my face going to be above the word "RACIST" on the tv's of every American via the mainstream media?" That's an extremely hard decision to make in a split second. Having those thoughts cross one's mind in a situation like that might lead to more and more officer's dying in the line of duty. Let's prevent that from happening.
