Let them sue. Apparently none of them have won anyway. Besides, everyone has the right to legal action on their part. You can't infringe on it. For those who state the "protection" of small businesses... this is a known risk if you run a "gig" style business model. And your costs get reimbursed when you win. The problem here is that people who work "under the table" will have their hands tied even more. And, quite frankly, their rights trampled on by not being allowed the rights to legal proceedings. You've already negated minimum wage in this business model. Taking away more is not only immoral, but unconstitutional... literally.
