The government labor laws to protect American workers. The federal government needs to be a positive example. They should require that all businesses to whom they contract to do work follow all labor laws or they cannot do business with the federal government. If the business cannot meet these requirements or if the business has excessive allegations of violations they should be restricted from doing business with the government. While excessive allegations may not be 'proven', as my momma always said, 'Where there is smoke, there is fire!', and they should either not be allowed contracts or should be subject to greater supervision to ensure that all labor laws be strictly followed.
