I voted "Nay" because what we have now is working. The bill is not well intentioned, as it appears to me". First our list of inducting countries to such list appears to be more a function of political disagreement and not actual countries supporting international criminal acts. If a country is looking at its interests but contrary to what we envision to be the appropriate conduct, we include it in such a list; it does not seem to have a consistent yard stick measure as to who deserves to be on the list! It is an indication of our inconsistent foreign policy around the world that is causing us such grief.
