I get so frustrated when I hear politicians talking about EPA "regulatory overreach". The EPA's mission is to regulate things that are environmentally harmful. Nearly every regulation they put in place is going to be disruptive to someone, since the regulation wouldn't be needed if there wasn't someone doing the thing being regulated. There's always going to be a trade off between protecting the environment and protecting the profits of the industries the EPA is attempting to regulate. One party's tendency (cough... Republicans) is to prefer profit protection over environmental protection. This bill is a prime example of that. Let the EPA do its job, and vote no on this absurdly irresponsible bill.
