The description said "the best science." Who gets to determine that when science is the enemy? The general public does not need raw data because most of us won't understand it, and let's face it, most of us won't bother to look for it even if it's available. The EPA exists for a reason, and I highly doubt they've been arbitrarily imposing regulations specifically to dent the profits of some environmentally questionable operations. Let's remember, rivers (bodies made of water) caught on fire (traditionally the opposite of water). And by the way, who comes up with these acronyms? HONEST. Did the person who came up with the nice-sounding "Citizens United" come up with this one too?
