While I agree with the intention of this law, I am afraid that it still won't force our lawmakers too actually read them. I think it put constraints around a process that already has many. Each lawmaker is going to read or have staff read a bill to their comfort level to vote. That same thing will happen whether it's 10 days or 100 days. If they aren't reading bills now, then when this law passes they'll just use that extra time for other things. You can't legislate time management. Lawmakers can't use an excuse that they didn't read a bill.
