Keep your greedy little hands off every inch of uninhabited, sacred land. Would you mine under the Lincoln Memorial or the Vietnam Wall? Under Arlington Cemetery? What you want to do is rape, plunder, and pillage. Under or near Civil War battlefields? Mount Vernon? Would you explore for gas near the Arizona Memorial or the Punchbowl Cemetery in Honolulu?
Normandy beaches? Custer battlefield? Sacred land is sacred no matter to whom it is sacred or why. One does not have to agree with those beliefs but should at the very very least respect them. Because you don’t believe Native Americans, their ancestral home and their lands deserve respect as consideration, and because racism and greed are your Lode Star by which you set your ethics and principles should cause
you to hang your heads in shame. But it has been my experience that unprincipled and unethical persons are missing the gene in their DNA that, for the rest of us, generates empathy and a belief that we should treat the human beings who walk the earth with us with respect.
