BUILD Act: $5.8 Billion in Bonds for Public-Private Transportation Infrastructure Projects

As long as the private contributors get zero return, and contribute for the good of their communities I'm ok with this. Otherwise it remains another corporate give away of infrastructure that should be a 100% public asset funded by our tax dollars.
