Should a Program Letting Veterans Get VA-Funded Care at Private Facilities be Extended?

I think everyone in the U.S. is entitled to basic healthcare. This includes the veterans. If the VA cannot meet the demand, then veterans should be allowed to seek care from private physicians or clinics.
