Marijuana laws are a test of States rights. Yes, States should have their rights and marijuana laws are a valuable asset for states. I've not lived in a state without pro maijunana laws but, I hear of medical benefits. I do believe Sessions is on the wrong side of this battle. He should be supporting Marijuana laws not going against the laws. It's Drinking spirits that's the rampant drug problem in our country. Drinking kills people both from a night of drinking, by drinking and driving by posioning a body, it causes learning disabilities, fetal imparement syndrome and worse. I grew up with a 4th generation, very fine lawyer specialist in coroprate law. He recently passed away at age 56 from liquor posioning. It ate his organs. What will it take to end the liquor drug business? It has a grip on our nation like nothing else. It's much worse than (the maybe true, maybe not) Russian- Mexico agreement to turn our U.S.A into land of drug addicted losers. We can't pass enough laws to clean this country. To be free of drugs of all kinds is a personal choice. You either want it or you don't.
