Do Obamacare Mandates Need to be Lifted to Reduce Premiums?

We need to back out of the whole ACA and get back to making healthcare costs responsive to the marketplace. There is no excuse for the cost structure as it stands. Everyone also needs to pay for healthcare. It is NOT A RIGHT.
