Anyone remember fighting for Net Neutrality? This is once again an attack on all the aspects of Net Neutrality. The opt in/out option is a total farce. We don't want nor need the ISP's collecting data, period. There's no guarantee who they'll share this information with, to what devious measures will the information be used, how well will our information would be protected. A No vote must be cast against this bill. Last time I checked on this bill it is listed under US SJR 34 (senate joint resolution) the sub committees are; Energy & Commerce, Communications & Technology and Science & Technology. Every time the Congressional Review Act is utilized and if this bill passes and the Republicans discover they had made a grave mistake, they cannot go back and re-write a new law that would be similar to the original bill.....I'm not sold on having 'informed choices' of which ISP provider I'd like to choose for services, cities and municipalities have contracts with ISP providers, many of which only give a person one avenue, take it or leave it approach. I see no benefit for the consumer at all.
