This is such a easy yes. I’m now a high school senior, but growing up with extremely early start times and then extra curricular like sports adding even earlier start times it was ridiculous. I struggle throughout middle school and high school with lack of sleep, and always feeling tired. My senior year I had late arrival so my classes didn’t start til 9am, and this improved my daily routine tremendously. I was able to exercise and do yoga in the mornings as well as, shower which is a great way to wake up and have plenty of time to enjoy breakfast with my mom. There’s no doubt kids aren’t getting enough sleep!
