Should the Constitution Be Amended to Include the Right to Housing, Healthcare, Education & Nutrition?

Ridiculous question, all this is taken care of in our capitalist economy. Of course the big salary people benefit way, way, more than they should, we may need to cap their earnings, like they have so many times for their employees.
