Mind you I'm talking non-violent, misdemeanor offenders. For what may be a momentary lapse in judgement, an accident, or behavior that isn't really aberrant, you should still be able to vote in all elections. Felons -- however reformed, or debt to society supposedly paid -- should forfeit that right forever. But something relatively small and non-violent? I think taking away voting rights because someone say, had too many parking tickets is wrong.
