The Senate, and House are gradually getting worse at executing their Constitutional missions. They can't pass a budget soon enough to allow efficient operation of the government. And they hold votes on judges, and other appointees hostage for months and even years. It is time they start doing the job laid out for them under the constitution, and quit feathering the nests of themselves, and the special interests that buy their elections for them.
