Our canine friends are capable of amazing benefits in the "service" industry. They assist people who are diabetic, struggle with seizures, and other ailments. They have a very unique ability to sense distress/bio-changes and give warning to the sufferer. PTSD is exactly the type of traumatic attack that can be assisted with the presence of a trained dog. We also need to help save dogs who are rotting away and waiting to be euthanized in our pounds/kill shelters. Lets train these resources to be great workers for our Heroes. Veterans will have the choice to take on a canine assistant. If they don't want one; that is their freedom of choice.
