This seems like another attempt to skim money from government. Technically, Wal-Mart could hire a bunch of veterans at terrible pay and reap a large 'reward'. Quantity does not equal quality. And that money should go towards fixing the VA hospital and guaranteeing free, lifetime quality healthcare to our veterans. They deserve that as a minimum. Once we permanently fix that elusive problem, we can debate handing money to corporations for jobs, but the reward should be done carefully and with careful bias.
