Think before you leap!
The knee jerk response would be to vote “Yes”, BUT, we need to consider the secondary and tertiary effects of this proposal.
We need to play a game of chess, not checkers.
First, more sanctions on Iranian activity trickles down to the Iranian people, which will suffer shortages imposed by these sanctions. Thus, this assumes that sanctions will force Iranian government to consider the hardships and will then comply. Not likely. Where there is a vacuum, Russia will gladly step in and provide, this they become the saviors and win the hearts and minds.
