As a Constitutional conservative myself I have to say "nay" on this one. Even though the constitution doesn't specifically address the religion of immigrants which basically leaves it up to us to decide. We must keep in mind that even though there is no right to immigrate to America there are a lot of people of a "certain" religion who are trying to get away from extremism. Turning people away "solely" based on their religion is wrong. I would be more accepting to turn people away for not having the skills they need to succeed in the workforce. We can't afford to take care of everyone. That may not sound good but economics doesn't care!
