No! The only people calling for this approach are ideological Republican extremists more concerned with Libertarian economics than citizen well-being. Private citizens - liberals, and conservatives - have realized the ACA is good law, and the exchange problems should be fixed rather than scrapping the program. Major health insurance companies have come out against every Republican proposal, this one as well. Doctors, nurses and other health professionals are ALL against it. Those arguing the ACA is collapsing are either lying or misinformed. It is working well in most states, and problems in a few states and isolated counties can be fixed. Those arguing some form of universal care is a communist ideal are stupidly ignorant. We are the only developed nation with no universally available healthcare to all citizens. Different countries take different approaches; we were alone while arguing against the ACA, and we stand alone trying to turn back that clock. People who refuse to self-research the truth of healthcare around the world are willfully ignorant - it is EASY to find the truth.
