Let's look at this from a different perspective. When buying a new car, you know that when it breaks, you take it to a shop for repairs. You don't dump it at a scrapyard, then go out and buy another new car. We waited and paid for the creation of ACA once. Let's not pay (or wait) for a brand new version of the same/similar. Don't be fooled to think that a "new ACA" will be without its flaws too. The system is too big and too complex to be perfect for everyone.
