Under normal circumstances I would favor this. However, as an employer, I am well aware of the number of workers who don’t deserve $7.00 an hour. America have some sorry kids n the workforce and worst are coming. We’re in a catch twenty two, between a rock and a hard place, quagmire, a fix. Many deserves it a lot don’t deserve it. How do you not reward the under achievers while rewarding the go-getters?
