    Voted Yes

Mitch McConnell needs to be reminded by his constituents AND ALL Senate colleagues who it is he was hired to represent - and protect - and it is NOT the president. Perhaps they should also remind him of the oath of office he took as Senator AND Senate Majority Leader to uphold the Constitution, including the separation of Article I and II powers and the OBLIGATION of the representatives of the PEOPLE to OVERRIDE any Presidential veto with which they disagree. It is the rules by which we have been governed for 240+ years. He had absolutely NO problem voting against a democrat in the White House. He needs to start doing his job, bringing these bills up for a vote, reopen the government and following the will of the people - or step aside. This situation has been exacerbated by his capitulation to a childish bully and the abdication of the responsibilities of the office he holds. ENOUGH ALREADY. If this 'fight' is truly about security and NOT some vanity project pushed by djt, McConnell should realize he is putting ALL Americans at risk with this idiocy. VOTE on these bills, Put Americans back to work and stop pandering to the unfit Executive. In short, DO YOUR JOB.
