    If the French fries technician has to make a living wage then this makes a very small amount of sense. The job falls more into a intern category which is an educational piece of their degree. So, I would say no. You have already seen what happens when the lowest level jobs have been boosted to a living wage (largely negative) which I am not going to get into now. Bottom line this is part of an educational piece and doesn’t warrant a living wage.
