If you do any research on Honduran aid, a lot of that money isn't spent in Honduras, for instance our agriculture department runs a school lunch program to the tune of 47 million in Honduras. Where do you suppose the Ag Dept bought that food? US of course. Cutting that foreign aid won't just hurt Honduran school children, it will hurt US farmers. If we "aid" countries with US goods & services that's also aid for US business & the US economy.
