Donald Trump is the President Elect. It's a crazy and scary thought, I know, but don't forget that we are the only people truly in charge of our lives. We can change our communities and environment. Should Donald Trump do something dangerous or damaging, it's up to each and everyone of us to raise our voices and get congress to put a leash on him(Republican or not). Don't lose faith and don't lose hope. Let's work to make our communities more prosperous. Let's support those who already contribute. Politics and religion are secondary, let's just love our neighbors and help to make our homes safe. If we work together, we can change this nation. Government is not the answer, you are. Government cannot think for you. The President is not your conscience. The President wields too much power, something that President Obama took advantage of, but perhaps now everyone will agree that Congress needs to do its job and keep the executive branch in check. We need fewer executive orders and more legislation to limit the use of executive orders. Donal J. Trump was elected president, not King, nor dictator. There are laws and it's YOUR job to raise your voice. The liberals complaining now are the same ones that let Obama abuse his executive power without question. Obama dropped more bombs than any Bush ever did, resulting in the death of hundreds of thousands of innocents. Perhaps now you'll be willing to raise your voice and put a stop to this abuse. Fight for your Liberty. Fight for your freedom. And please stand for your brothers and sisters, even if you disagree with them. Trump supporters are not racist, don't take your anger out on them. At the end of the day, this is how it is and what you choose to do about it will define you. Don't complain. Don't be lazy. And don't let yourself be distracted. Make positive changes and take the power back. Thank you for reading my long rant. There is always hope.
