Regretfully I suspect that tge majority of the "No Way" viters are happily going to their supermarkets, Big Box retailers, enjoying newly open restaurants. Common denominator is that business is open. The Bill of Rights ensures that Laws affecting people's ability to worship are suspect. Churches can institute safety measures, block off certain pews and offer a way for people get some real ”Soul Food”! Make no law abridging peoples ability to worship, those like me who are at high risk will not go but many are lower risk and need to be given the option to attend. TV worship is a poor substitute to being there!
