First, There is NOTHING in the constitution that gives a right of immigration to foreigners. So your just making it up, or your just a dimly lit clown that has never read the constitution. Second, according to Title 8 US Code 1182 Chapter 14: (f) Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. This is current law. It does not matter what is written on the Statue of Liberty nor do Judges make law. Their job is to enforce the law, NOT make judgements based on ideology or their feelings.
