    Without knowing more about the history I would be inclined to say that I don't agree that government, at any level, should be giving land away. The proponent of the bill is probably on the the take...going to get rich from lobbyists' kickbacks if this bill goes through. Maybe he should take a polygraph to see really where his heart it.

    If it is to become part of the tribe's reservation, as we've seen recently in ND, it is likely to be better protected

    We need to return as much land as possible to Native Americans, and we need to help them protect it. It is diminishing quickly!
