As somebody that's made the switch between cigarettes to the much safer alternative of vaping, I believe that if Bill s3319 is passed it will hinder and prevent the likely hood of people willing to switch from cigarettes and other forms of tobacco to the, previously stated, safer alternative of v aporizers.

I chose to stop smoking in 2016 and made the switch to vaping. As an adult vaper, I find this bill to be very irresponsible. Kids already are not legally allowed access to these products - in fact most vape shops won’t even let a minor in the door. All this will do is hurt those of us who choose a healthier way to get our nicotine and it will also put an end to an avenue that many people use to actually quit nicotine entirely. I fully support bills that discourage fancy packaging that mimicks products kids consume such as candy and soda but a flavor ban helps nobody but the tobacco companies that we are trying so hard to stay away from.

Flavors are necessary for the satisfaction of the adult who is trying to quit smoking there is already an age limit for smoking and vapor distributors are more than happy to comply to that.

Flavored E-Liquid has helped me stay off cigarettes for over 2yrs now. If these flavors disappear then I will most likely go back to smoking cigarettes. There is no nicotine epidemic. The CDC reported that smoking and vaping in high schoolers is at an all time low and gets smaller everyday. If you take the flavors away then the millions of people who have chosen a safer alternative to combustible tobacco cigarettes are left with nothing. We are adults and we like flavors too. Please vote no on a bill which would hurt millions of Americans and take their freedom away to choose a less harmful alternative to smoking.

I have used vaping to quit after 32 years of smoking that caused me to be diagnosed with stage 3 COPD. I have been smoke free for 3 years and can breath and do things I previously couldn't, one of the most valued reasons for me to continue vaping is all the varied flavors, this is a major reason people love vaping and some continue to even after going to 0 nicotine solutions. This bill would just turn people to the only option left to go back to traditional cigarettes and further illnesses they cause.

Flavors are crucial for the success of adult smokers to quit smoking by vaping. I kicked a 24 year cigarette addiction by vaping and being able to vape flavored liquids. There are millions more just like me and millions more needing and wanting the chance to quit smoking.

Adults like flavors, and the choice to use flavored vape products should be a choice for the adults partaking in it the same as any other flavored adult product.

I was a 2 pack a day smoker for just over 18 years!! My son desperately wanted me to quit, asking me frequently.. the only reason I have been able to quit smoking over the past 4 months is solely because of the candy flavors in ejuice that I use all day everyday. Passing a ban on this only hurts those who are of age and have desperately needed a way to quit smoking. This has changed not only my life but millions of others as well!! These kids are not vaping because of the flavors, they are chasing the nicotine high! It should be store owners and parents responsible for making sure these devices are getting Into responsible hands. To punish the millions of us who finally have found a way to save ourselves from cigarettes!
