Official Title

A bill to expand the scope of the definition of airport planning to include waste management planning.


Includes in airport planning a plan for solid waste recycling with respect to allowable project costs under an airport improvement program (AIP) grant. Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to approve the application for an AIP project grant for airports with master plans only if the plans address solid waste recycling.
